Partly decomposed body found by Racine boat ramp

Racine police say a decomposed body has been found near a boat ramp.

Police received a call Saturday about 1 p.m. reporting a body on the rocks just east of a boat ramp. Officers responded and found the partially decomposed remains.

Authorities say they haven’t determined who the person was.
