Wisconsin chef to audition in Chicago for FOX's MasterChef

Jacqueline Polzin from Mayville wants a shot being named MasterChef, and she's cooking up a special recipe to try to woo the television show's producers.

Polzin developed her lover for cooking when she was very young. She works full-time and says it's challenging to find a window to cook. "I love cooking! It's for me. The best part of it all is when you watch a person's face when they eat it. So, I'm going to try to get this done so you guys can have lunch...ha...ha...I'm just kidding," she says.

Polzin is attending an open casting call for MasterChef on FOX. She is making enchiladas, because she considers it her specialty. The open casting call will be held on Dec. 3 in Chicago.
