Naked gunman thwarted by teen's ninja sword

MILWAUKEE COUNTY -- A Whitefish Bay man now faces a felony charge after a bizarre incident at a Glendale home back in September.

36-year-old Lenwood Jones was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Tuesday with one count of possession of a firearm by a felon.

In a report by Whitefish Bay Patch, the criminal complaint indicates Jones entered ex-girlfriend’s home on N. Sidney Place and was heard “banging around” in the living room. He wasn't wearing any clothes.
The woman at the home was upset that Jones was naked in front of her children. During the course of their argument, the woman's teenage son pulled out a ninja sword in order to defend her and told her Jones had a gun and she needed to get out.
The woman then fled the residence with her children and called police.

Upon arriving officers found Jones coming out of the bushes in front of the home where he was keeping a rifle inside a gun case along with a flat screen television he took from the residence. Police also discovered the gun was reported stolen in a 2008 Milwaukee burglary.

If convicted on the charge, Jones faces up to ten years in prison and $25,000 in fines.
