Tylo Ward (1-21-12)

U.S. Marshals are looking for 38-year-old Tylo Ward. Investigators call him a pedophile, saying he targets young girls, and they say he may be hiding out in Milwaukee.

Milwaukee Police Lieutenant Joe Erwin says Ward is charged with three counts of sexual assault, including the repeated assault of one child. Court documents say the crimes took place between 2007 and 2010. Erwin says Ward would gain the confidence of a family, then when no adults were around, commit crimes against young girls who were defenseless. “I would describe him as a predator. He develops relationships with families, and takes advantage of their innocence. There has been a pattern with at least three separate victims that have been identified,” Lt. Erwin said.

A criminal complaint describes the victims as pre-teen girls, one as young as six years old. Before law enforcement could pick up the alleged pedophile, he changed locations, and potentially changed his appearance. Erwin believes Ward may still be in Milwaukee, and hopes with your tips, law enforcement will be able to grab a fugitive who preyed on families and their most vulnerable members.

Ward is described as six feet, two inches tall, weighing about 190 pounds. Law enforcement officials believe he could have a bushy goatee.
