Brian Pierick due in court on charges of child enticement

MILWAUKEE -- Brian Pierick, the third man arrested as part of a secret John Doe investigation will appear before a judge today. Pierick is facing charges of felony child enticement, and exposing his genitals. Today, a judge will determine if there is enough evidence to send Pierick to trial.

Pierick is the domestic partner of Timothy Russell, a former aide to Governor Scott Walker. Governor Walker is not accused of any wrong doing.

The 48 year old is accused of sending sexually explicit text messages to a 17-year-old Waukesha boy. After further investigation officials also discovered child porn on Pierick's cell phone and computer at his residence
Pierick was an Office Operations Assistant at the State Department of Public Instruction and dealt with educating homeless kids, he has since been fired.
Pierick's inappropriate behavior was discovered after the District Attorney began investigating his domestic partner Timothy Russell in connection with an embezzlement scheme.

Earlier this month Pierick was released on bond with two conditions: he was not allowed to have contact with anyone under the age of 18, and he couldn't use the Internet. Pierick is due in court this morning at 8:15 for his preliminary hearing.
