Sierra Pugh pleads not guilty, bound over for trial

MILWAUKEE — A woman accused in a fatal drunk driving crash pleaded not guilty in a Milwaukee County courtroom Monday morning.

Sierra Pugh of West Allis is charged with homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle.

Prosecutors say she was drunk when she crashed into a tree near 91st and Capitol, killing her passenger.

Pugh was found to be mentally fit to stand trial last month. She’ll be back in court next week.
