Post St. Patrick’s Day weekend, Ted Perry discusses the fights that erupted near bar close on Water Street, and forced the bars to close early. Both the Wisconsin Badgers and the Marquette Golden Eagles basketball teams played in the NCAA Tournament Saturday, and that, coupled with the holiday and the warm temperatures caused many to perhaps over-imbibe.
