Unclear and Present Danger (3-21-12)
FOX6′s Ted Perry discusses the Castle Doctrine, in light of no charges being filed against the homeowner in the Slinger shooting of 20-year-old Bo Morrison. Morrison was hiding on the homeowner’s enclosed porch after police were called to investigate a noise complaint at an underage drinking party back on March 3rd. The Castle Doctrine protects homeowners from liability should they choose to use force to defend their home. Click the video link above for Ted’s Take.
