Gregory Rodriguez Jr. (3-24-12) -- CAPTURED

MILWAUKEE -- U.S. Marshals located 35-year-old Gregory Rodriguez Jr. -- wanted in connection with not serving the full sentence for the sexual assault of a child. Rodriguez Jr. was located at a home near 44th and Center on Tuesday, July 3rd.

Officials say when Rodriguez Jr. saw Marshals approaching, he dove from a second story window, seriously injuring his head when he hit the ground.

Rodriguez Jr. was taken to the hospital with brain trauma.

Deputy U.S. Marshal Jeremy Loesch says Rodriguez was convicted of sexual assault of a child and accused of preying on young girls in both Massachusetts and Wisconsin.

"Both of his victims were 15 years old, and he persuaded the victim into the act. We do consider him violent and a predator," Loesch said.

While on parole, investigators say Rodriguez violated the conditions of his release. He wasn't supposed to have a cell phone, and when Marshals found out he did, he was ordered to meet with law enforcement, but missed the meeting, and hasn't been seen since.

Rodriguez is about 5'7'' inches tall and weighs about 155 pounds. Rodriguez has two tattoos on his neck -- on the right are the letters "LFN," which stands for "La Familia Nation" – a street gang. On the left is the Spanish name "Goyo."
