In business news for Wednesday, April 11th, 2012 -- The housing market continues to improve in the metro-Milwaukee area. For the month of March, home sales increased 26.5 percent in the four-county area.

This weekend marks the 100th anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic, and Wisconsin residents are taking notice. A Titanic online auction is being held in Beloit. United Country Auction Services is offering up lockets, letters and paintings from passengers on the ship. Prices range from $1,100 to $1,500. The auction ends at 8:00 p.m. April 15th.

This weekend, both Maders and Bartolotta restaurants are recreating the last meal passengers ate on the Titanic before it went down.
