Five Star Food and Wine Evening

Yum, beautiful sculptures made completely out of edible chocolate! Baking in the culinary world is considered a fine art and the chefs in training at MATC are creating some masterpieces for an upcoming event. Laura Langemo visits MATC to get the scoop on the Five Star Food and Wine Evening event.

The event will be held April 19 at Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC) Campus in the 6th floor Hospitality Center.
