Police need your help in search for two-time bank robber

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police need your help in their search for a bank robber who has struck a couple times in the last month.

Back on Friday, March 23rd, he robbed the US Bank branch just south of Howard and Howell Avenue (see video below).

The second time, he struck the TCF Bank on Holt Ave. on Friday, April 20th. In this instance, he jumped over the counter and went to three different drawers (see video below).

"If he's getting bolder and he could get more violent and if he does have a weapon, it could escalate into something we don't want to see happen," Detective David Anderson said.

The suspect is described as a black male between the ages of 29-36. He stands 6'4" to 6'6" tall and has a heavy build.

In both robberies, the suspect was wearing a dark hoodie, dark pants and had most of his face covered. Both times he implied he had a gun, and both times he was exposing his underwear (boxer shorts).

According to Milwaukee police, a witness saw the robber get into a cream or pearl-colored Cadillac with four doors, gold hubcaps and whitewall tires.

Police are worried this suspect's violence may escalate the next time he robs. If you have information that could help Milwaukee police in this case, you’re urged to call 414-935-7360.
