CAUGHT ON CAM: Elderly sisters robbed as they board the bus

BOCA RATON, Flor. — Surveillance video shows two elderly sisters robbed outside a grocery store as they were about to get onto a bus earlier this month.

Police say 19-year-old Adam Bardisa stole a purse from an 84-year-old woman in Boca Raton, Florida, knocking her and her 96-year-old sister in the process. The two were about to get on the bus.

A few witnesses tried to chase him down, but he got away. Police arrested him earlier this week.

Investigators say he had been following the two women around the grocery store and saw them buy money orders.

One of the victims broke two ribs as a result of the fall.
