Photos of Bo Morrison shooting scene released

SLINGER — Photos of the Bo Morrison shooting scene in Slinger were released nearly two months after the 20-year-old was shot on Adam Kind’s porch. Morrison’s family says the shooting was unjustified, and prosecutors say Kind acted in self defense.

Hours after busting an underage drinking party on Kettle Morraine Dr., police were called back to find 20-year-old Bo Morrison dead inside an enclosed porch. It was the same porch of the homeowner that made the initial call about the party to police.

Kind’s wife told investigators she heard her husband say, “What are you doing in my house” twice, then “Stay where you are” twice, and later a single shot was fired.

Morrison’s mother said there’s never going to be justice in this case. The Washington County District Attorney’s Office says Adam Kind acted lawfully in self defense.
