Girl shot in ankle near 53rd and Custer

MILWAUKEE — Milwaukee police are investigating a shooting that occurred overnight Saturday, May 19th near 53rd and Custer.

Police say a 17-year-old girl was shot in the ankle. The girl was taken to the hospital for treatment.

Police say they are searching for several suspects.
