In business news for Monday, June 4th, 2012 — The Wisconsin Restaurant Association is expecting a boost in summer employment, and expects the industry to hire 16,000 employees this summer. That’s a 9.6% increase from 2011.

Also — dairy plants in Wisconsin continue to produce more cheese. The USDA reports Wisconsin put out 226 million pounds of cheese during the month of April.
