Three police agencies arrest Taco Bell armed robbery suspects

WEST BEND -- West Bend police officials say they have arrested two suspects involved in the armed robbery of a Taco Bell on Friday, June 1st just before 9:00 a.m. -- with the help of Green Bay and Milwaukee police departments.

Officials say the two suspects concealed their identities, entered the Taco Bell, displayed handguns and demanded money from the clerks -- a 22-year-old man and a 33-year-old female.

Police say the suspects struck the man and woman with their handguns. Both employees were treated for their injuries at St. Joseph’s Hospital and released.

On Sunday, June 3rd, Green Bay and West Bend Police arrested Marcell Brown at a residence in Green Bay. Green Bay police recovered a firearm at the residence where Marcell was arrested.

On Monday, June 4th Milwaukee police arrested Peter Brown after a short foot chase. During the chase Peter discarded a handgun.

During the investigation, detectives developed information that Peter Brown previously worked at Taco Bell.

Both subjects were arrested for Robbery-Armed, Endangering Safety by Use of a Weapon, Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Substantial Battery, Battery, Reckless Endangering Safety, and Violation of Parole.

Both suspects had previous arrests for robbery.

Marcell Brown is presently in custody at Washington County Jail. Peter Brown is presently in custody at Milwaukee County Jail.
