Port Washington man charged after fatal crash on Co. Hwy. C
TOWN OF GRAFTON -- A Port Washington woman who was a passenger in a one-car crash in the Town of Grafton Sunday, June 10th died from her injuries. The victim is identified as Kelly Phillips.
The crash happened around 6 a.m. Sunday on County Highway C just north of Ulao Road.
The driver of the vehicle, Jaron Omon of Port Washington, survived the wreck. He's now charged with one count of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle.
Right now, Omon is being held in the Ozaukee County Jail. His bail was set at $25,000.
