Motorcyclist in critical condition after crash in Walworth Co.

TOWN OF SPRING PRAIRIE -- A motorcyclist remains in critical condition following a crash which occurred on Highway DD near Gardner Road in Walworth County on Sunday, June 10th.

Officials identified the motorcycle's driver as 22-year-old Kyle Castellion of Franksville. The motorcycle's passenger was identified as 21-year-old Chelsea Bullis of Muskego. 

Both were injured on Sunday at approximately 7:00pm while traveling on Hwy DD near Gardner Road in the Town of Spring Prairie. 

Officials say neither Castellion nor Bullis was wearing a helmet. 

According to DOT records, Castellion does not possess a valid motorcycle license. 

Castellion remains in critical condition with head injuries.  Bullis’ injuries do not appear to be life threatening at this time, but her condition is unknown.

Officials say their initial investigation leads them to believe Castellion is alleged to have been traveling at a high rate of speed on Hwy DD near Gardner road when he lost control of the bike and crashed, ejecting both occupants. 

Both subjects were flown by Flight For Life due to the extent of their injuries. 

Officials say the investigation into this incident is ongoing, and it is unclear at this time whether alcohol was a contributing factor.
