In business news for Tuesday, June 19th, 2012 — A new model of education for the University of Wisconsin System will allow students to start classes anytime, and earn credit for what they already know, either from past education or on-the-job training. Officials say the new model is expected to provide more trained applicants for companies looking for workers.
Additionally, Minneapolis chef and sustainable food advocate Scott Pampuch will take over food and beverage at the Iron Horse Hotel beginning July 1st.
