Ozaukee officials investigate attempted abduction of girl

FREDONIA — The Ozaukee County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the attempted abduction of a 13-year-old girl in the Village of Fredonia Wednesday morning, June 27th.

The girl was approached by the unidentified male in a vehicle. Officials say the girl was walking by herself when the male asked her if she wanted a ride. After declining a ride, the man pulled over his vehicle and opened the passenger door. The girl then told the man she was calling the police and the man left the area.

The man in this case is described as an older white male, approximately 70 years old, with grayish, white hair. He was larger in size with dark circles under his eyes. He was wearing a polo shirt.

The vehicle the man was driving is described as a newer, mid-size or large black car with chrome trim around the windows.
