MILWAUKEE — U.S. Marshals have arrested 26-year-old Jerome Spencer once before — back in 2006, and now, he’s wanted again.
Deputy U.S. Marshal Jeremy Loesch told FOX6 News Spencer was arrested in Colorado — accused of transporting marijuana from California to Wisconsin.
Marshals say Spencer failed to show up for his court date, and they failed to locate him at his listed address. That discovery launched a separate investigation, because Marshals say Spencer is a convicted sex offender, and may not be living at his registered home.
That registered home apparently belongs to Spencer’s grandmother, who told officials Spencer has not been living there for over a year now.
Spencer is described as 6′ tall, weighing about 200 pounds. Marshals say he has a tattoo on the right side of his neck reading “Lil Rome.”
If you’ve seen Spencer, you’re asked to call U.S. Marshals at (414) 297-3707.
