Teacher busted for allegedly possessing child pornography

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police arrest a 37-year-old teacher for possession of child pornography on his cell phone. He worked at the Silver Spring Neighborhood Center in the city's Westlawn Neighborhood. His name has not yet been released, but the allegations are coming as a surprise to many parents.

"It kind of scares me because you never know what goes on with a grown up," said Howard Poindexter. "That porn stuff with kids and all of that, that got me,  I'm kind of shocked."

"It's sad, it's shocking, I really thought he was a nice guy," said one parent who asked we not reveal her name, but told us her five year old daughter was taught by the accused.

"Couldn't not even imagine that he would do something like that," she said. "Until further action is taken and further evidences taken place there, you can't really judge someone without knowing exactly what happened."

Milwaukee Police arrested the 37-year-old teacher on Wednesday. The non profit, social service agency's executive director Jim Bartos tells FOX6 News in a statement,
