In this edition of Ted’s Take, FOX6′s Ted Perry discusses Luis Walker, an Air Force instructor found guilty of raping and sexually assaulting 10 female recruits at Lackland Air Force Base in Texas.

Walker was sentenced to 20 years in prison and was dishonorably discharged from the Air Force.
