WEST ALLIS — The Wisconsin State Fair kicked off Thursday, August 2nd, and FOX6′s Ted Perry checked out one of the new rides on the Midway — named “Spin City” this year.
The “Stratosphere” allows riders to swing 200 feet in the air!
