CUDAHY — ALDI is closing its store at 5656 S. Packard Ave. in Cudahy. The company decided not to continue its lease after 19 years at that location.

In a statement released on Thursday, August 23rd, Chris Hewitt, Oak Creek division vice president for ALDI said: “We thank our Cudahy customers for their many years of loyalty and hope they’ll continue to enjoy shopping for the highest quality products at the lowest possible prices at our nearby ALDI stores. In addition, we are pleased all of our employees are able to transfer to one of the other stores in the area so they may continue to provide the excellent service our customers have come to expect from us.”

The Cudahy community can shop at the ALDI store located three miles south at 3105 S. Chicago Avenue in South Milwaukee.
