Isaac surf watchers get pounded by rough seas

NEW ORLEANS — When hurricanes slam into the coast, there are a select few people who do not heed the advise of experts and seek shelter. Instead, they take it upon themselves to see and experience the storm for themselves.

The video just below is an example of three young men who are not doing the safe thing when they went to check out what was happening at Lake Pontchatrain.
