Historic La Crosse building condemned after floor collapses
LA CROSSE -- La Crosse city inspectors have condemned a historic downtown building after three people were hurt when a second-story floor collapsed.
Officials say as many as 50 people may have been inside the second-story apartment when the floor gave way Saturday night.
Three people were taken to the hospital to be treated for injuries.
Fire officials say a 30-foot by 30-foot section of the floor gave way.
