41-year-old man arrested for first OWI offense

WAUKESHA — 41-year-old Hector Bautista from Chicago was arrested Sunday afternoon, December 23th by the Wisconsin State Patrol for operating a motor vehicle under the influence with a child in the vehicle.

Bautista was stopped by authorities for unsafe lane deviation.

Upon making contact, the trooper detected a strong odor of intoxicants and administered a field sobriety test.

Following the field sobriety test, Bautista was transported to St. Catherine’s for a legal blood draw.
