Sheriff's officials escort woman off flight at Mitchell Airport

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Milwaukee County Sheriff's officials escorted a woman off a flight coming into Milwaukee's Mitchell International Airport on Wednesday, January 16th.

The woman was escorted off a Frontier Flight coming in from Denver Wednesday afternoon.

Milwaukee County Sheriff's officials say a passenger on board this flight made some type of verbal comment perceived to be a threat by the flight attendants.

The plane landed safely, and no one was injured during the incident.

Sheriff's officials say interviews were conducted by the Sheriff's office and no citations were issued and no threat was made. It turned out to be more of a customer service issue/dispute between the flight attendant and passenger who wanted to file a complaint with the airline.
