Water pipe bursts in basement of Milwaukee City Hall

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Cold weather caused a pipe with a sprinkler head to burst and send water flowing into the basement of Milwaukee's City Hall.

The pipe that burst is on an exterior wall of the building.

At this time, the building remains open. However, internet service to the hard-wired computers in the building was temporarily out of service. Wireless internet was not affected.
