Panthers go into deep freeze, lose at UIC, 60-50

CHICAGO — UIC outscored the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee 35-8 in the second half and scored the final 19 points of the game to post a 60-50 win Wednesday night at the UIC Pavilion.

The second half nightmare was a microcosm of the season for Rob Jeter’s Panthers (5-15, 1-5 Horizon).

They led 42-25 at halftime and 44-25 a minute into the second half.
