Badgers claw Wildcats 69-41
Badgers Basketball
EVANSTON Ill. — The Wisconsin Badgers raced out to an 28-12 lead at half and never looked back in an easy 69-41 victory over a young, undermanned Northwestern Wildcats team Wednesday night in Evanston.
Ben Brust and Jared Berggren led a balanced scoring attack with 12 points each.
With the win, Bo Ryan’s team improved to 10-4 in the Big Ten; that’s good for third place, a game behind Michigan State, 2 games back of front-running Indiana.
