MILWAUKEE (WITI) — Jeffrey Strasser, the man facing charges in a high-profile drunk driving case has pleaded not guilty.

Strasser is charged with eluding cops in April of last year.

His arrest on Water Street was caught on video and raised a lot of questions about the use of force by police.

Originally, Strasser faced a misdemeanor charge. Now, he’s facing a felony.

During Strasser’s hearing on Tuesday, March 5th, a judge found there is enough evidence for Strasser to stand trial in this case.
