Summerfest offers money-saving ticket packages

MILWAUKEE (WITI) — Summerfest officials say they’re doing what it takes to get you to Milwaukee’s lakefront. Their latest offering includes two money-saving ticket packages.

The “11-Day Power Pass,” now in its second year, will be available at a cost of $60. The Power Pass will be available for purchase exclusively at 69 Pick ’n Save locations across southeast Wisconsin beginning on Monday, April 1st. The sale of these Power Passes will end on May 31st.

The laminated Power Pass is valid for one (1) general admission ($17 value), each day for all 11 days of Summerfest 2013. It represents a savings of $127 for festival fans.

Festival fans can enjoy savings on weekdays and parking with ease when they purchase the new “Summerfest Weekday Value Pass” for only $20. The Weekday Value Pass is valid for one (1) weekday admission ($10 value), each weekday, Tuesday – Friday from Noon – 4:00 pm and one (1) parking pass ($20), each weekday, Tuesday – Friday when fans arrive and park between Noon – 1:00 pm.

Summerfest 2013 will take place June 26 – 30 and July 2 – 7, from Noon until Midnight and will be closed Monday, July 1st.
