Greenfield police seek suspect who robbed BMO Harris Bank

GREENFIELD (WITI) -- Greenfield police officials are seeking a man accused of robbing the BMO Harris Bank just after 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 28th.

Police say the man entered the bank near 76th and Layton and presented a note to the cashier.

Police say the suspect obtained an undetermined amount of money and fled the bank. No weapon was displayed, and no one was injured.

The suspect is described as a black man in his mid 20s, 5'5" to 5'7" tall, weighing 130 to 140 pounds. He has a beard and mustache, and was wearing dark colored jeans, a gray sweatshirt and a dark colored knit hat.

The investigation into this case is ongoing.
