Officials investigate two-vehicle crash near Hwy. 31 & Co. Hwy. L

KENOSHA COUNTY (WITI) —  Officials responded to a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Highway 31 and County Highway L shortly after 3 p.m. Friday, March 29th.

According to officials, a minivan was travelling westbound on Highway L when it collided with a Ford Taurus travelling northbound on Highway 31.

The female driver of the Taurus was taken via Flight for Life to Froedtert Hospital.

The male driver of the minivan and the male driver of the Taurus were both taken via ambulance to St. Catherine’s Hospital in Kenosha.

The extent of the injuries is unknown, however, the driver of the minivan was complaining of only minor neck pain.

The passenger of the Taurus was unconscious at the scene, but did regain consciousness at the hospital.

Preliminary indications are that drugs and alcohol were not factors in the crash.
