Racine police seeking information in Parkview Drive fire

RACINE (WITI) -- Racine police believe ecstasy was being manufactured inside a home that started fire on Friday, April 26th.

The fire occurred just after 5:00 p.m. at 421 Parkview Drive.

Fire officials advised that they had encountered a suspected clandestine drug lab in the home and chemicals had spilled. After the fire was extinguished, the Wisconsin Department of Justice’s CLEAR Task Force (Clandestine Laboratory Enforcement And Response) was contacted and requested to respond to the scene.
