In business news for Monday, May 6th, 2013 -- Drench Fitness Boutique, the gym known for its high-octane workouts is relocating from Water Street to the Germania building on Wells and Plankinton.

The company leased 4,500 square feet in the historic building, mostly so that it could expand its personal training offerings.

"You have Golds Gym, YMCA, Planet Fitness -- they're all in the local area, but none of them have ever grouped together for the overall well-being of what we are looking for, which is health, fitness," Adam Von Rothfelder said.

Besides adding new classes like hot yoga and opening a smoothie bar in August, Drench will also feature the work of urban artists and take part in gallery nights.

"What we're doing is actually having an art currator who is a graffiti artist who is going to be displaying urban artists across the entire place," Von Rothfelder said.
