Milwaukee police need help to identify bank robbery suspect

MILWAUKEE (WITI) —¬†Milwaukee police are asking for the public’s help to identify the man who robbed the Bank Mutual branch near 80th and Capitol on May 2nd.

The man walked into the Bank Mutual around 5 p.m. and presented a note to the tell demanding money. The teller, fearing for her safety, handed over money. The man fled in an unknown direction.

The man is described as a male, black, 28-30 years old, 6 feet tall, 180-190 pounds, stocky build, wearing a grey baseball cap with the Brewers logo, light-colored shirt underneath a black jacket and light-colored pants. The suspect has a red star tattoo with a black outline and writing underneath it, on his left neck area.
