MPD officer charged for possessing Percocet without prescription

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- 38-year-old Anthony Bialecki , an officer with the Milwaukee Police Department, is facing one count of possession of a prescription drug without a valid prescription. This, after he allegedly bought 20 Percocet pills in exchange for $40 without a prescription.

According to the criminal complaint, the Milwaukee Police Department executed a controlled sale of 20 Percocet pills by a monitored citizen on February 13th. During the transaction, police observed Bialecki purchase the 20 Percocet pills in exchange for $40 without a prescription.

Bialecki was arrested within minutes of obtaining the pills.

According to the criminal complaint, Bialecki indicated he was purchasing and consuming Percocet to supplement the prescription he has for Vicodin.

If convicted, Bialecki could face a $500 fine and six months in prison.
