Flight for Life called to accident involving lawnmower, car

TOWN OF RANDALL (WITI) -- Flight for Life was called to an accident involving a lawnmower being hit by a car in Kenosha County Friday evening, June 14th.

The accident happened shortly after 8 p.m. near the intersection of 344th Ave. and 116th St. in the Town of Randall.

Officials say a teenage boy driving the lawnmower on the edge of the road was hit from behind by a car.

The teen was taken by Flight for Life to Froedert Hospital with what authorities are calling "serious injuries."

The driver of the car, a male on his way home from work, was also taken to a hospital for evaluations.

Alcohol does not appear to be a factor. Authorities continue to investigate the accident.
