BURLINGTON (WITI) — A 36-year-old Kenosha woman is charged with felony retail theft for allegedly shoplifting from a Walmart store in Burlington.

The criminal complaint against Jennifer Lodygowski indicates she pushed a cart with more than $1,300 worth of goods past the store registers on Thursday, October 25, 2012. The complaint shows the items allegedly shoplifted included mostly clothing with some skin and hair care items as well.

If convicted, Lodygowski faces up to three-and-a-half years in prison plus $10,000 in fines. She is due back in court for her preliminary hearing on Thursday, July 11th.
