Police investigate three separate shooting incidents

MILWAUKEE (WITI) — Milwaukee police are investigating three separate shooting incidents that occurred early Monday morning, July 22nd.

The first shooting incident occurred just after midnight near 26th and Hampton. According to police, a woman was shot, but is expected to survive.

Investigators have not released any further details regarding this incident.

Police are also investigating a shooting that occurred on the city’s north side. Police say a 50-year-old man sustained multiple gunshot wounds near 33rd and Hadley. Officials say the wounds appear non-life threatening.

No suspects are in custody.

The third shooting incident under investigation occurred around 2 a.m. near 30th and Fond du Lac. According to officials, a man sustained a non-life threatening gunshot wound to the leg.

At this time, police have not made any arrests in connection with this incident.
