Whales nearly chomp on scuba divers off California coast

MORRO BAY, Cali. (FOX) -- A couple of scuba divers almost inadvertently became whale snacks -- and it was all caught on video.

The divers were doing their thing near Morro Bay, California. In an amazing display of nature, a huge group of tiny fish began swarming around the divers. Birds above dove into the water to grab the fish -- and then two giant humpback whales breached the surface to snack on the fish as well.

When the whales surfaced, they were within feet of the divers. Everyone was okay -- just a little shaken up.
