Quirky Wisconsin State Yo-Yo Championship has ups and downs

WEST ALLIS -- With a flick of the wrist and a tug of the string,  yo-yo enthusiasts wowed an audience with their tricks.

The Wisconsin State Yo-Yo Championship returned to the Wisconsin State Fair this year, with yo-yo-ers of all ages competing at the Expo Center on the Jeffrey Scott Stage.
