Milwaukee police need your help to identify robbery suspect

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Milwaukee police are asking the public to help identify an armed robbery suspect who is accused of robbing the Tri City National Bank near 18th and National Ave. on Monday, January 13th at approximately 1 p.m.

The suspect entered the bank, implied that he had a weapon, gave the teller a note demanding money, and later fled on foot with the cash.



The suspect is described as a black male, between 33-36 years-old, between 260-270 pounds, with black hair, a dark brown complexion, and a heavy build. He had a salt-and-pepper full beard and mustache and was wearing black sunglasses with a tag on the nosepiece. His coat was a sherpa-lined canvas jacket with a light wool collar, a red logo on the left breast, two front snap-close pockets, dark buttons, and red piping around the cuffs and waist. The word "stag" was in green and outlined in red on the back of the jacket with green script on the front lower left of the jacket. He was also wearing a light blue dress shirt and dark denim pants.
