Tiny service dog named Milwaukee draws attention at Harley 110th

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- During Harley-Davidson's kickoff of its 110th anniversary celebration at Henry Maier Festival Park on Thursday, August 29th, FOX6 News spotted a creature drawing more attention than some of the bikes and bikers themselves -- a service dog, appropriately named "Milwaukee."

Many found themselves taking a detour from checking out the bikes and talking with the bikers to admire what comes with four paws.

The chihuahua goes by "Millie" for short, and it wasn't long before Mille's mom, Kelly Miscichoski was greeted for another photo shoot.

"I don't get too far and they take pictures of her," Miscichoski said.

Miscichoski once called Wisconsin home, but now lives and rides in Tennessee with her dog. She is part of the Shiloh Riders Association -- a group that raises money to buy toys for underprivileged children and teens.

Miscichoski says she and her dog have ridden about 50,000 miles together!

"She's got her patch for Sturgis. We went in '08 to Daytona. She's an unofficial member of our H.O.G. chapter," Miscichoski said.
