10 drunken drivers arrested during weekend "Drive Sober" patrols

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- At the start of this year, Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke  ordered an aggressive weekend Driving Under the Influence (DUI) initiative to rid the Milwaukee County freeway system of drunken drivers.

This weekend’s initiative from Friday at 4:00 p.m. through Sunday at 6:00 a.m. resulted in the arrest of 10 drunken drivers. The average PAC of these offenders was .15.

Repeat offenders were Milwaukee residents Michael Wuhrmann, age 44, with a felony DUI-4th, and Robert Hernandez, age 25, for DUI-3rd.

First-time offenders, of Milwaukee, were Juanita Norman, age 26; Earl Wheatfall, age 45; Tracy Williams, age 24; and Andrew Grimes, age 33. Other first-time offenders included: Anthony Mueller, age 22, of West Allis; Patricio Dorantes, age 22, of Greenfield; Joan Drezdon, age 42, of Brown Deer; and Calandra Locatelli-Benson, age 29, of Madison.
