Average gas price $3.31 per gallon in Milwaukee area

MILWAUKEE (WITI) — Average gas prices in the Milwaukee area have fallen 8.4 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $3.31 per gallon on Sunday, September 29th.

This compares with the national average that has fallen 5.8 cents per gallon in the last week to $3.43 per gallon, according to gasoline price website GasBuddy.com.

Including the change in gas prices in Milwaukee during the past week, prices on Sunday were 44.3 cents per gallon lower than the same day one year ago and are 25.2 cents per gallon lower than a month ago.

The national average has decreased 18.8 cents per gallon during the last month and stands 36.6 cents per gallon lower than this day one year ago.
